Grad Program News!
Welcome Back Everyone!
A quick message to our grade 10-12 students to wish you a wonderful 23/24 school year.
A few tips for you as you prepare for the new year ahead:
Contact your GA should you need to add, change or withdraw from classes.
Get involved! Join our book club, leadership group or the breakfast class to engage with your grade level peers. Also, volunteer work in your community goes a long way.
Falling behind? Contact your course teacher. Need extra help? Need assistance with time management or learning how to upload your work? Book an appointment with our Student Support Centre.
Create balance. While your academic work is important, so is your well-being. Plan breaks. Plan outings. Plan your week.
Graduation. Are you graduating in 2024? Are you planning to head to post-secondary? Follow us for learning camps and opportunities to learn about scholarships, university deadlines and more.
Have Your Say!
The student council will act as the voice of the student body. The council will advocate student ideas, interests and concerns with the school wide community while reflecting the HCOS learner profile of a reflective and adaptable thinker who is inquisitive, discerning and full of wonder at God’s world. And an advocate who is responsive to the needs of others, servicing in order to have an impact on a world in need of redemption. https://onlineschool.ca/23-24-hcos-student-council/
